1956: Where It All Started
John Pespisa founded the company in Middlesex County with a simple philosophy: deliver exceptional service, put the customer first, and build relationships that last. Through hard work and a dedication to quality craftsmanship, he earned a reputation that became the foundation for everything that followed.
The Second Generation
Bob Pespisa grew up in the trade and brought the company into a new era. As heating technology evolved—from basic oil systems to more efficient gas equipment—Bob kept the business at the forefront of innovation while preserving the values his father had established. He made sure every customer received the same honest, dependable service that had defined the company from day one.
Today: Dominic and Colin Pespisa
Now led by brothers Dominic and Colin, Pespisa Company has expanded well beyond traditional plumbing and heating. They have embraced the latest in energy-efficient technology—including ductless and ducted heat pumps, high-efficiency boilers, whole-home water filtration, and advanced air conditioning systems—while staying true to the family’s commitment to honest work and fair pricing.
As certified Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Contractors, Dominic and Colin have invested in specialized training to deliver top-tier heat pump installations backed by industry-leading warranties. They personally oversee every project, from the initial consultation and Manual J load calculations through final testing and customer walkthrough.
