Absolutely. The Mitsubishi Hyper-Heat systems we install are designed specifically for cold climates like New England. They deliver 100% of their rated heating capacity at temperatures as low as 5°F and continue operating down to -13°F. The newest H2i Plus models provide usable heat at -22°F. Most of our customers heat comfortably through the entire Massachusetts winter with their heat pumps.

Yes. We assist with Mass Save® rebates, federal tax credit documentation, and manufacturer rebates. We also offer instant rebates on qualifying Mass Save installations, so you see the savings immediately rather than waiting for a rebate check.

Yes. We maintain and repair most major brands of mini-splits, boilers, furnaces, and AC systems, regardless of who installed them.

We recommend annual maintenance for heating equipment (ideally before heating season) and annual maintenance for cooling equipment (before cooling season). For mini-split systems, filter cleaning should be performed more frequently—typically every 4–6 weeks during heavy use.
