Refer a Friend, Get a Gift Card
Most of our best customers come from a neighbor saying, "call Pespisa." That means everything to a family business — so we put a real thank-you behind it.
How it works
- Tell a friend about us. A neighbor, coworker, family member — anyone who's never used Pespisa before.
- They mention your name when they call. That's it. No forms, no codes, no sign-ups. (617) 538-5377.
- Everybody wins. They save on their first job — and we mail you a Visa gift card once it's complete and paid.

We mail your gift card after your friend's first job is complete and paid — usually within two weeks. Refer as many people as you like: every new customer you send counts.
Common questions
Do I have to be a current Pespisa customer to refer someone?
Yes — this program is our thank-you to existing customers. If we've done work for you, you're in.
What if my friend books a big project?
If their first job with us is a qualifying equipment installation, you get the $200 card instead of $50.
When exactly do I get the card?
After your friend's first job is finished and paid in full. We put it in the mail promptly — if it's been more than 30 days, call us; something went sideways and we'll make it right.
Can I refer more than one person?
Yes — unlimited. Every new customer you send is a separate reward.
What if two people referred the same person?
Whoever your friend named when they first booked gets the credit.
Does this have anything to do with online reviews?
No. We never pay for reviews or tie any reward to leaving one — this program is only about referring friends who become customers.

Referral Program Terms & Conditions
Effective August 2026. Pespisa Company, 108 Middlesex St, Unit 4, North Chelmsford, MA 01863 ("Pespisa," "we," "us").
1. The program. When a new customer books and completes their first job with Pespisa and identifies the person who referred them ("Referrer"), the new customer receives a discount on that first job and the Referrer receives a prepaid gift card, per the amounts below.
2. Reward amounts. (a) First job is a service or repair: new customer receives $50 off that job's invoice; Referrer receives a $50 prepaid Visa gift card (or equivalent of equal value). (b) First job is a qualifying equipment installation — installation of a heat pump or ductless system, boiler, furnace, water heater, or central air conditioning system: new customer receives $200 off that job's invoice; Referrer receives a $200 prepaid Visa gift card (or equivalent of equal value). Whether a job is a qualifying installation is determined by Pespisa's job classification records.
3. "New customer" and the first-job rule. A new customer is a person, household, or business that has not previously purchased services from Pespisa, at any address. Rewards apply only to the new customer's first completed job. Once someone has done business with Pespisa, they are an existing customer: their later jobs do not generate referral rewards for anyone, and one household or property cannot qualify as a "new customer" more than once. One referral reward per new customer.
4. Naming the Referrer. The Referrer must be identified by the new customer at the time of booking, or at latest before their first job is completed. Referrals cannot be claimed after the first job is done. If more than one person is claimed, the Referrer named first in Pespisa's booking records receives the reward. Pespisa's records govern.
5. When the reward is earned. The Referrer's gift card is earned when the new customer's first job is (a) completed and (b) paid in full. No reward is owed if the job is canceled, unpaid, or if payment is later refunded, reversed, or subject to a chargeback. Gift cards are mailed to the Referrer within 30 days of the job being paid in full. If a card doesn't arrive, contact us within 90 days and we will replace it.
6. The new-customer discount. The discount applies to the first job's invoice only, has no cash value, is not transferable, and cannot be combined with other coupons or promotional discounts unless we say otherwise in writing. It does not apply to permit fees or taxes. If the invoice total is less than the discount, the discount is limited to the invoice total.
7. Eligibility. Referrers must be current Pespisa customers — a person, household, or business for whom Pespisa has previously performed work — and 18 or older. Pespisa employees, subcontractors, and members of their immediate households are not eligible for referral rewards. Self-referrals do not qualify — you cannot be your own "new customer," refer your own household, or refer work you are paying for or that is performed at a property you own or occupy.
8. Personal referrals only. This program is for genuine word-of-mouth. Referrers may not represent themselves as Pespisa's agents; may not mass-advertise, spam, buy search ads on our name, or post the offer as if it were their own business; and may not use the program in any deceptive way. We may decline or revoke rewards where we reasonably believe fraud or abuse occurred.
9. Not connected to reviews. Rewards are given only for referrals that become customers. Pespisa does not offer or pay anything in exchange for online reviews, and leaving (or not leaving) a review has no effect on this program.
10. Taxes. Rewards may be taxable income to the Referrer, who is responsible for any taxes. Where required by law, Pespisa may request a completed IRS Form W-9 before issuing further rewards and may issue a Form 1099.
11. Gift cards. Prepaid cards are issued by third parties and subject to the issuer's terms (activation, expiration, fees). Pespisa is not responsible for lost or stolen cards after delivery.
12. Service area. Rewards apply to work performed by Pespisa in its normal Massachusetts service area.
13. Changes to the program. We may change, suspend, or end this program at any time. Changes are prospective only: any reward properly earned under the terms in effect when the referred job was booked will be honored. The current terms are the ones posted on this page.
