Program description. Pespisa Company sends text messages to customers about scheduled service, appointment updates, and requests for feedback following a completed job. This program is operated by Pespisa Company, a licensed plumbing and HVAC contractor serving Middlesex County, Massachusetts.
How to join. You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, by giving verbal consent to our office staff when booking service, or by texting START to our number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Most customers receive one message following a completed job.
